Starting Salary

For those who wants to know about the starting salary of a call center beginner. It ranges from Php 10,000 - Php 15,000 a month. If your shift is daytime (Philippine time) your salary is around Php 10-12 thousand.
But if your in the night shift (Philippine time) your salary is higher ranging from Php 13-15 thousand. That is because of the night differential where an agent/employee will get more pay because it is not normal to work at night. And the government has certain laws that a company should give a night differential salary for those who works around 9-11 pm until 6-8 in the morning (Philippine time).

So for those who wants to earn more apply in a night shift. You will get a night differential pay plus basic salary. Roughly you can earn Php 15-17 a month.

If you want to earn more you can request an overtime with your supervisor which will give you more money (around Php 1-3 thousand). The more overtime you have the more "pesos" you will receive.

Plus you will earn more in performance benefits where a certain call center company will give you incentives for good attendance, the quality of your service, and the pace that you work in. If you are assigned into sales, you will get Php 10-40 thousand in bonus just by closing a sale. Although you should have sales experience if you want to be assigned in a sales account (outbound agent).

Either way, the Call Center industry pays more than other companies where they only give the minimum salary. Call Center pays more plus there are more perks and bonuses if you perform well.
